One of the surest ways to eliminate posting errors and processing delays is to rely on Harland Clarke for pre-printed debit/credit forms. With the General Ledger account name and MICR line pre-printed, the only thing to enter is the amount. Harland Clarke's General Ledger forms are simpler, surer, faster.

Preferred Formats
The following credit/debit formats are the ones our customers choose most often. Both are available in large (3-3/8” x 8-1/4”) or small (3” x 6”) form size and three paper colors (white, pink and blue.)

Preferred-Plus Formats
Our Preferred-Plus General Ledger forms are designed with special features to suit your requirements. All formats are available in debit and credit copies. A choice of five paper colors enables you to color-code the forms, as you prefer. For a small composition charge, all Preferred-Plus formats can be further customized.
